FORM SUBMISSION FOR ALL COURSES (XI, XII & PMT) STARTS ON MARCH 15, 2013.

All these years, you have been learning Biology (and for that matter, all the subjects) in normal classrooms. You have been hearing to 'sounds' of Biology. You have been reading Biology and knowing many things, without even realising what it is. In short, you know lots of Biological concepts, but you fail to understand them. This happens for other science subjects too. Example: You know many formula of Differentiation. But, do you know why Differentiation was invented? Knowing this could aid you in your learning. You also know that atmosphere has water as vapours. But, frequently students fail to see where this water is present. You have, but, learnt this long back when you studied that water appears on the surface of any bottle with cold water in it. In short, Seeing the concepts could help you in better understanding. Keeping this in mind, biophone was established in 2008.

I was trained with Socratic Pedagogy prior to teaching students of the U.S. I thought of applying this technique to Indian students. Though a challenge, I took it and not surprisingly, students like it. With the infrastructure at biophone, I am sure students will learn Biology at last.

MATERIALS TO BE SUBMITTED WHILE SUBMITTING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

1. Completed Application Form along with Rs. 100/-. Incomplete application form will be summarily rejected.
2. One PASSPORT-SIZED PHOTO to be pasted and a STAMP-SIZE PHOTO to be hand over with the name of the student written at the back of the photograph.
3. Tuition fees in full. Class X: Rs. 1300/-; Class XI: Rs. 4000/-; Class XII: Rs. 4000/-

Features of classes at biophone
1. The student who is enrolled with biophone will have to work hard regularly. In case, if the teachers feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the Institute or locality, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, he/she may be expelled from the institute. The decision of the Chief tutor will be final and binding on the student. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such case.
2. If any student absents himself/herself for more than 5 days continuously without any prior written application, he/she will not be allowed to attend the class any further. He/She may be deemed to be expelled from the Institute. No separate intimation will be sent to the parents in this regard. No fee or part of the fee paid will be refunded in such cases. The decision of the Chief tutor will be final and binding on the student.
3. Students once enrolled at biophone cannot claim for refund of fee or part of the fee; if he/she becomes disinterested during the course due to any reason whatsoever.
4. A student who is late by 2 minutes for classes/tests will not be allowed to enter the classroom. Any study material/s given during the classes or otherwise, shall not be given to those student who are absent without prior application from the parents. No request/personal appointments in this regard shall be entertained.
5. Students are not expected to wear short dresses. Half and quarter pants are strictly prohibited inside the class room. Students are encouraged to come to class in formals. Round-neck T-shirts are not encouraged. Female students are especially advised to protect their modesty.
6. Consuming of any form of intoxicating items near and in the class room shall be dealt with seriously. Students are advised not to come to class with objectionable smell (smoking, pan, khaini, gutkha, etc.). This would result to expulsion.
7. Use of mobile phone, fm radio, and any form of electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited inside the classroom. This would lead to expulsion.
8. Shouting, banging the benches and desks, singing in and around the class are strictly prohibited.
9. Students and guardians are requested to park their vehicle in the allotted parking lot. Parking is done at your own risk. biophone will not be responsible for loss of vehicle (including cycle).
10. In case the study material/s provided to the student is lost/misplaced, a duplicate set of the material/s can be obtained from biophone against the payment of a required sum of money. The duplicate copy could be obtained @ ` 2/page
11. If any type of mishap occurs in the premises of biophone because of situations beyond control or any natural calamity of any type such as earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit, etc., the institute shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.

12. Guardians are requested not to disturb the neighbourhood while waiting for their ward/s. In case if any parent/guardian misbehaves with any localites or the staff member of the institute, his/her ward can be rusticated from the Institute and no claim of refund of such student will be entertained.
